I have lived on Vancouver Island for eight years to pursue my career goals. After eight years, countless successes and failures, I left the West Coast of Canada to pursue new goals on the East side of the country, Toronto.
By that point, British Columbia had left a mark on me through the amazing possibilities of exploring and connecting with the pristine Mother Nature. Needless to say, Toronto, although a great city in many regards, does not offer the same kind of nature exploration. So, by leaving BC to go to Toronto, I also left the promise of deep connection with the great outdoors.
After four months of my new adventures in Toronto, and through the unexpected surprises of Life, I had the opportunity to come back to West Coast’s Vancouver Island during Christmas. This place that had meant so much to me.
